Proudly operating as an Authorised Representative of Apollo Risk Services Pty Ltd, we work positively with extensively experienced colleagues.  Through Apollo Risk Services' membership with the Steadfast Group, Inspired Insurance Services has access to tailored policy wordings and many resources that assist in simplifying the insurance process for our client's.  We value the relationships we have with both colleagues and clients alike.

Stuart Redmond - Director
Commencing his career in insurance in 1995, Stuart has consistently undertaken to develop his own knowledge, educate others through experience and ensure clients are informed when making their insurance purchase. 

Stuart has achieved the following qualifications;
  • Diploma in Financial Services (Broking)
  • Diploma of Financial Services (General Insurance)
  • Workers Compensation Accreditation
He is a Senior Associate and Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) of ANZIIF; Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) of NIBA and a Professional Member of Australian Institute of Management (AIMM)

Stuart has mentored others encouraging loyal service to clients and a full understanding of risk requirements.  His knowledge continues to be sought after by clients and colleagues alike.

Jayne Oxley - Account Executive
Jayne commenced her role with Inspired Insurance Services in 2010.  Initially in administration, Jayne quickly developed the passion to learn more and be able to assist Clients with their Insurance needs,

Jayne holds the following qualifications;
  • B-Tec National Diploma in Design & Desktop Publishing
  • European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) - International Computer Skills Certification Program
  • Levels 1-3 Counselling & Theory
  • Principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
  • Diploma in Learning Support
  • Tier 1 & 2 Insurance Broking
Industry qualifications were completed within a short time of starting with Inspired Insurance Services, achieving 'Student of Excellence' for her hard work.  A reflection of Jayne's commitment to service is proven in her interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Client service is unmatched with her commitment and understanding to risk, requirement and reality.  With a broad spectrum of skills, Jayne easily understands the expectations of client requirements and the challenges associated with running a business - skills that truly assist in understanding what many of our clients face.
